In this tutorial we have discussed about Time Study & Motion Study. both are developed by different peoples but the ultimate goal of both technic is Process Improvements.
Time Study is developed by Frederick Winslow Taylor & the moto is to reduce Process Time. while Motion study is developed by Frank and Lillian Gilbreth to make more efficient process through reduction of unnecessary motions / wastes from the process.
