Nice video man, get after that high score bro. I had Time Pilot for 2600 but I don't remember it being as good looking as the arcade version. It was always that way though, arcades were the real deal and home versions didn't hold a candle to them. This Frogger Arcade1up turned out to be good.

Thanks Deputy Van Halen! That’s awesome you had this on the Atari 2600, I don’t think I ever tried this on a home port. I know the Frogger cab got some criticism but I think it’s actually pretty good👍

I have this cab too. It has become a family favorite, I dig the faux wood grain on the side. We love Frogger and Time Pilot. I find myself gravitating towards the arcade games from the golden age too. Can't wait for Robotron 2084!

I agree, great sounds in this game! One of those old classics that kind of gets forgotten from that era of Galaga, Ms Pac Man etc.

Love the Frogger cab!! I actually play it alot....really into Time pilot 84 at the moment...i wish that Arcade1up would offer a download to tighten up the graphics and eliminate the smoothing

Anyway of getting frogger to save high score ? When powered off and back on it reverts back

Frogger does save the high score. After getting a high score, be sure to go back to the main menu before powering off the machine. It should save your score.

Question on my frogger arcade1up why when I play time pilot it does not save my high score when I turn it off

If I remember correctly, to save your high score I think you have to hold player 1 down to get back to the main menu screen after you get a high score. Then you can shut down the machine. Pretty sure that will work. 👍
