Dr. Wolf experiences or I should process of astral travel, is so similar to mine. I too "wake up" in the sometimes other dimension. One night I woke up at my grandmother's house (astraly). That night she experienced a haunting, hearing drawers opening and closing, foot steps, etc. (I was looking for a photo she lost) The next day I told her what I experienced and even described what nightgown she wore and how she reacted in my "dream". I was shocked when she confirmed everything.

That story about the women having the mystical classes gave me chills. All through 2020 I’ve been having dreams too horrible to speak about. But I also had some beautiful moments with the protection of what seemed like my ancestors. I love life and I am turning away from my darker side, now that I have seen it.

If the universe is expanding at a faster and faster rate, and space, time, matter, conciousness and light are all interconnected. Could time actually be speeding up without us percieving it happening? Or slowing down? Could the speed of light change without perception? I think about weird things like that, however I have no Idea how to apply mathematical equations to test the questions I might think about. Could a universe expanding at a faster rate change conciousness to adapt? Is the universe really doing what we think it's doing?

your mind can cheat time and travel through it and thinking is the solution to doing it but to travel in time with your mind you have to leave your body behind in order to leave your body behind you have to create a state of mind were your body does not exist but before you create a state of mind were your body does not exist your feelings for your body and knowing it's there have to be eliminated. in order to travel with just your mind. as the saying goes your body can be in one place but your mind can be somewhere else. basically were ever you want your mind to be placed.
