I don't live that close to a lake but my home is situated in a similar setting nice and quiet in the winter except the occasional snow mobile the rare person who just doesn't see my big yellow house. I find myself wishing more people could live in similar circumstances it was the perfect en environment for kids they grew up having a space to explore and so they are confident adults. The confidence comes from knowing they will always be loved.

@bootsandbalance I read somewhere Luther burbank said children should be raised in an environment that allowed them to get out and explore nature, away from teaching about hell. Do this they will grow up straight ant tall he also said if we had paid attention to our weeds as we do our children we would be living in a jungle.
