Time to KILL Your Inner Child?

Oh, hi there.
This is a video about how some of the THERAPEUTIC and SPIRITUAL 'CONSTRUCTS' that we use as healing tools can become part of the problem if we get overly-attached to them.
The example that we use is the INNER CHILD but really you can apply it to any CONCEPTUAL LENS that can be used to help you dig within yourself and start raising awareness..
Ultimately, AWARENESS is always a vital and important part of the process but it needs to be followed by ACCEPTANCE (of reality in TRUTH) and the by inspired ACTION.
𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔, 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆, 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 - 𝒊𝒕 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒔 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 (𝒈𝒊𝒎𝒎𝒆 𝒂 𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍).
If we become attached to the TOOLS then we actually just end up increasing the FRAGMENTATION OF THE SELF, taking ourselves from reality, and then blocking the healing process (because we need reality to move towards WHOLENESS which is what heals).
The 'Inner Child' is really interesting because it often gives us an excuse to hold onto the past whilst simultaneously trying to heal from it...or, at least, that's how it often ends up being used in a culture of therapeutic and spiritual bullsh*ttery.
In this video, we look at how this all fits together, how you can have a healthy relationship with the 'inner child' concept (by being CHILDLIKE instead of CHILDISH) but - ultimately - it all comes down to putting ourselves on a REAL path and moving towards deeper and deeper ACCEPTANCE of ourselves and others (so we can take those real actions and make the most of the awareness we've raised).
