Google says it's a semi-hard unripe cheese that's from Cyprus.

Thanks for sharing the bad jokes. They are really corny, but you pulled it off. My dad always told a joke about a wife who fed her husband dog food and then had to explain how he died being run over in the street by a car because he was licking some part of his body and, I don't know.
