Hey SkeltalHQ I also got my Cliff Burton figure, the head is very tricky to swap and I had a tough time with it, I didn’t quite hear you say that you had to dunk it in warm water, do I dunk just the head or?

I had to put the ball joint on the neck under some hot water to soften the plastic so I could easily pop on the alternate head. You can also microwave a mug of water for 2 minutes and toss in the head or neck. Or even blast it with a hairdryer on a hot setting! Just be careful with the hot substances 👍
