Question for you. When the "Issues" "Tickets" requests come in I want to be able to see the Business/Organization Name on the issue/ticket. All I see is the name of the person who submitted the request. How can I see the Business name? What can I do in simple instructions on how to make this happen? I'm new to Jira and I am an Admin., but I would like to see what organization the ticket/issue request is coming from. PLEASE HELP?

right now, my employer has paid me 45 hours pay just to figure out how they can track my pay

This Jira stuff can get pretty expensive. Lets say a company has 100 employees and each employee spends up to 80 hours to learn how to use Jira and 2 hours a week to their time tracking up to date. that is (80 + (52 * 2)) == 184 hours for the first year. at $20 per hour * 184 hours = $3,680 for the first year per employee. 100 * 3680 = $368,000. --------So a company is going to spend $368,000 just to track what they are paying their employees. --------How many beans does it cost to pay bean counters to count beans.
