The beginning of episode 266, its a parody satire to a scandal i incident of a candidate politician “ryutaro nonomura” who was trying to run for role as mayor, in that campaign he ended up using the funds he got and spent on visiting a famous hot spring resort. There was a conference and as he was asked by the news reporters he emotionally broke down, cried and yelled for using the money for hot spring trips instead of trying to win the campaign for mayor like advertisements or such to gain more credibility. This scandal incident went viral on the internet and also news around the world. It made him become a meme with him out burst crying

I like how the anime studios re created that conference moment shot for shot but with gintoki in it
