I had a lot of second-hand He-Man figures as a boy, but my parents couldn't afford a Castle Greyskull, so I made one out of cardboard and Styrofoam. I even added in my own traps and hidden doors. I remember my friends being fairly impressed.

The Conan lawsuit can be best summed up as such- 1) Mattel was already well into producing MOTU when the Conan film was being released, many of the concepts were taken form Mattel employees that had come up with ideas in the 70s. They were contacted about making toys for the Conan movie, but turned it down supposedly for being too violent. MOTU was not based on a cancelled Conan line. 2) The Conan Group(which only owns the films- the original books are public domain) sued Mattel, claiming it was a ripoff 3) Mattel won when the judge ruled that any shared elements were common in such fantasy stories

OH MY GOD, those 2 cats took me back to EARLY childhood, especially Panthor! I think i either broke or lost both of those toys when i was 5 years old or younger. But I remembered them as soon as you brought them out. Amazing! I was born in 1984 so I was probably given these when i was 2 or 3. I also had the heman, but that was more common for kids at that time. After heman was GI-JO's, and then ninja turtles, oh man the ninja turtles..... I just subbed to your channel, my only request would be that you tap on things more loudly more often :) I know you do tap on things often, but I am just....well tapping is by far my favorite thing, and I feel that when something is being held and not being tapped or scratched the whole time its a wasted opportunity.
