In my safe bed and still get anxiety from just the incredible height. I'll say it cuz we all think it. "What the hell was so bad to make people not just fall but run and jump full clip and launch out of those windows on the world. Wasn't even alive at the time but it's not how normal people reeact to Pearl harbor or "insert any tragedy" it's very unique. I've experienced it first hand not having ever really researching that whole situation but it is not. Normal. At. All. Learning in my high School about Pearl harbor ww1 ww2 veitnam, the current war not one kid on Earth has ever cried finding out about those wars.....but over half of my recent history class erupted in tears, anger , hate, sadness, confusion and it literally felt like finding out a family member died that you weren't close but also miss them enough to cry. Despite being born after 9/11 as far as I can tell it will always have an effect like that strangely. It just unimaginable to think how our parents felt being alive back then and being a witness let alone how New Yorkers felt, hard to comprehend all that pain not including if you had family members or how it felt persoanly being a poor soul stuck experiencing what the hell ever was actually going on in those towers because I feel like we really don't even scratch the surface of true condistions. Obviously it was hot and smoky and confsuing but if it was hot enough to have molten steel pouring out then what the hell was going on in those buildings. Half believe they know 100% how and why it happened the way it did... And other half doesn't think they know..... I however know the 100% truth. The real truth is we will never know :( I'm not a part of NYC population so I'm sure I feel different than New York feels, but I wish so much the towers would have been rebuilt . They are too beautiful to not. I'm hopeful they eventhsly will be rebuilt beside theyre older siblings bigger and stronger. Just the way they were. They were perfect, so don't add or subtract any of the family traits like the antenna on the south tower. Maybe add a blue light the wraps around encompasses the top and bottom portions of the towers for the victims to forever remember instead of just the two light beams on the dates of 9/11 attacks and always glow each and every night and keep the water footprint memorials as well as a symbolic safety net for the jumpers

wow! that's high up there! just imagine... going to work one morning, and having to make your final most ultimate decision... to either jump and fall (from about this height) to your death. Or burning alive... forget everything you know, and everyone you love. The only thing you got left to do, is decide how you wanted to die... some people jumped in groups, some even held hands. it probably eased the thought's running through there heads, knowing survival wasnt an option either way... could you imagine? i can, and that's why I will Never Forget.

Probably because they didn’t want to eat up the maintenance workers time going up and down. Plus the company in Portland was fabricating the materials. So do all your tests where the stuff is being made and handle corrections at the source.

Any idiot can break into a building to free climb and/or base jump off of it. Making this multi gigapixel 360 degree panorama took planning and preparation, artistry, craftsmanship, timing (as for the lighting and weather), programming and engineering training. Now Phillippe Petit's tightrope performance between the former WTC was something impressive.
