Our Tire Shine is a true water based product. The tire shine can be used on more than just tires. It also works great on dashes and dried out plastics. If using it on dashes simply just spray it in a towel to apply. When applying to tires spray and wipe it off to leave a matte finish or spray it on and leave it for a semi gloss.
