TIMELAPSE Restoring my 2004 Suzuki LTZ 250 ATV

Enjoy my timelapse semi-restoration of my 2004 Suzuki LTZ 250 4 wheeler!
How to :
Clean the Carburetor : 5:12 (clean all jets with carb and choke cleaner and used compressed air to blow through, hold jets to the sky and make sure you can see a hole through)
Restore the plastics : 7:48
(use lacquer thinner to get crud off of plastics and then shine up plastics with a mixture of 60% boiled linseed oil and 40% paint thinner)
Restore the Seat : 19:21
(3M all purposse adhesive spray, a staple gun, and here's the link to the vinyl seat cover material - www.amazon.com...)
The final product : 24:15

What are you using to clean it way to fast. What was the can ? What type of rags ? What was in the bucket ?

The can was lacquer thinner to get crud off of plastics and then shine up plastics I used a mixture of 60% boiled linseed oil and 40% paint thinner. The rags that work best are the scotch brite pads that are rough and will work perfect. Best of luck!

Heya brother, I have the exact same machine. I went muddying one day and it ran fine and the next day, I have no spark. Is there anything you can think of or experienced that can help me? Ever hear of the ground block? It’s in the back of the quad and I was told to snip them wires and solder all them together. Does this make sense to you?

Never had any problems with mine electrically, but before you go cutting wires I'd trace them first using a multimeter checking for power starting at the battery. Check out the wiring diagram online. The ignition coil usually wont go bad, but the cdi might've been messed up if you got water in it so check for voltage coming out of it. If all of your lights are still working it could be more like a magneto/stator problem. Best of luck! Also, first thing I'd do is buy a new spark plug they arent expensive and it will rule that out as a problem.

Those are the original graphics on the quad, I've tried looking for new ones and they seem to be rare to come across, but once in a while I'll see a set on eBay!
