The properties on each side are going to bring down the property value of this house. The builder should have bought both and leveled them. Also, formal dining room should have direct kitchen access not be on the other side of the house. Anyone carrying food from the kitchen to the dining room through the house is just plain gauche. They will be extremely lucky to get $2 mill. You should have passed on this one Jonathon.
