The Village of River Hills just outside Milwaukee had one of those front end loaders that made it into the early 1990s. It never got worked that hard just occasionally loading gravel and salt into dump trucks add on occasion picking up sawed down tree trunks put on occasion would help in ditching. It was a pea soup green with white lettering but looked sharp. Thanks for the Memories. Certainly miss the Allis Chalmers tractor works now replaced with Office Buildings and parking lots

Don’t forget getting caught in a grain silo. It’s a very hazardous environment for anyone. A young man in Mount Carroll Illinois got caught in a silo full of shelled corn when the silo caught him and pulled him in the corn similarly to quicksand.
