They are tough machines, I've had stuck engines, freed them up, then hooked em to a 2 bottom plow and put it to work. Nice find, Great job!

My grandpa has a large dairy operation. He bought a new 1948 IH Farmal. He has passed away left it to my uncle. He used it to mow the pastures. Before grandma passed away a large portion of the land was sold. Uncle passed away a few yrs ago his daughters have it on their land here in Georgia USA. Hasn’t been moved in yrs. Watching you work on your reminded me of grandpa doing maintenance. I’m 67 yrs old and have fond memories of watching from a swing as he mowed the pastures! Thanks for your video!

Another excellent video guys! I love the consistency of the trany oil shown at ~7:50 & 47:30, and nice "chunks" in the engine oil at 10:34. :) I've found an hydraulic press to be very beneficial for breaking tires off of wheels, much easier than the c-clamps and sledge shown at ~8:50. :) Clever idea for a tube a tube flap at 10:02. 14:15 WOO HOOO! 15:30 Gotta love that clutch goo..... well, maybe ya don't. I love when the planter is drug out at 24:30. 26:55 Ooooooo, the shop looks much better! So nice to have a dry place to work on equipment. Sweet job on removing the broken carb screw at 31:00. It's always amazing how much better a machine will look after a bit o' cleaning. I like the use of the sheet plastic to protect the seal as it was pushed over the axle shaft at 41:30.
