It's another thing to sue her in civil court for over payments, mental anguish, emotional distress, punitive damages, falsifying legal documents, intentionally & maliciously making false accusations that caused extreme mental & emotional distress and malicious prosecution. There are men who have gone to prison for back child support and they turned out not to be the father.

I found out after 17 years paying support that I may not be the father....never got a test I had been her dad for 17 years....and could not see any good from knowing.but must say that even knowing that she may not really my daughter gets to me....wish her mother would have never told me it was possible that she wasn't mine after 17 years....,guess the guilt may have finally got to her.

I swear this just confirms why I feel like we go through so many test in life. It seems like we get matched with individuals who come in to leach us some valuable lessons. Very seldomly in the world where I live do I see happy families. We jump into situationships with people we barely know (major red flags) only for outcomes like this to happen because we are suffering from traumas and things of that nature that have not been addressed. Also the lack of being properly educated or have witnessed what a healthy relationship even looks like. It's sad. I feel for these men in these cases because these woman gave no fxcks. A lesson learned the hard way. Indeed.

I saw a video about Australia that when a father has the child on his visitation time it’s against the law for him to have a mail in DNA swab of his child to verify that he is the father 🤦‍♂️
