This is why you don’t sign the birth certificate and show up if the mother takes you to court for child support .
@xoplanninglovexo4322 жыл бұрын
Actually you’re suppose to show up to court if you’re taken to court for child support. If you don’t show up the person is named the biological father by default. Crazy isn’t it?!

I've heard plenty of cases of them being behind when the Father has custody but for the life of me I don't recall any of them going to jail for failure to pay. Hmmmm. Funny that!

I believe that if a woman puts a judges name on the birth certificate and that judge has to face this then watch how quick they change the law
@denieraadams49242 жыл бұрын
In some states it’s the fathers obligation to get a paternity test and if he doesn’t with in that time frame then the DNA test does not matter. Arizona is one of those states.
@christopherray3626 Жыл бұрын
There are quite of few states that has this law. In my opinion it should be a law before any male signs a birth certificate. People look at these shows for entertainment but this has always been a problem...and it's recently escalated.

A woman has the right to terminate in most states, men should have the right to choose to not be financially obligated if he doesn’t want to be a father.
@paulasmall5113 Жыл бұрын
I understand what you're saying, but men should be protecting themselves. You can't and shouldn't leave your protection to some woman you don't want to marry or just picked up. A condom might not feel as good but if you don't want children a condom is the least of your problems
@themusclegangcompany4422 Жыл бұрын
@@paulasmall5113 I hear you as well however my point is woman can be totally irresponsible and be rewarded with state benefits and say if the child is even born or not. Both parties should be responsible but the dynamics usually gravitate towards the female. All should be fair

No. The family court and divorce court judges are pretty much above the law. Most of what they do is completely illegal, but they are never held accountable because their actions fund a trillion-dollar male slave industry.
