Oxford Dictionary: the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims. The NYPD said the driver had a drinking problem, and had been already busted for two DUIs, along with a criminal record. This isn't a repeat of what happened in Nice and Berlin.

i hope you go to those concerts and tell us about them thx for this ha bisky 5 mins friday for me i dont really go to concerts they dont mix well with autism but i do enjoy the ones at vidcon i think its just a different atmosphere then other concerts maybe i feel like if i run out of the concert hall area at vidcon everybody would understand and its like oh a thing just happened whatever and i feel like it would be more questioned at a normal concert i guess i would put it (i didnt need to run out but i like feeling like i have that option)

Generally, an attack has to have a political motive to be considered terrorism. The strategies that we use to fight terrorism wouldn't be effective against something like the attack in Times Square. Murder, attempted murder, and assault with a deadly weapon are horrible, but they're not terrorism unless they're done for political reasons.

You *do* realize there's a very big difference between synthetic cannabinoids(K2, Spice, etc) and actual weed, right? Should he have been driving while high, regardless of the substance? No, absolutely not. Are drugs to blame? Yes. Does that absolve him of responsibility? No. Is _actual marijuana_ to blame? *No.* Would we have such a problem with synthetic cannabinoids if *_actual_* weed was legalized? No, no we would not. Attempting to say that synthetic cannabinoids and marijuana are the same thing is just plain misinformation. And legalized or not, people will still find ways to get high, whether it be marijuana, synthetic cannabinoids, or otherwise. What people do with their body is their responsibility, the problem is when they jeopardize the lives of innocent civilians.
