Timesaving Tips and Tricks in Outlook

Great info. I'm old school and not part of a company. I use the old fashioned view of email list in upper half of window and read below. When I had to say goodbye to Outlook Express I moved to Thunderbird. There was a feature in Outlook Express, that is part of Outlook that I have yet to find in any other email client. After sorting a field in my email list, I can then just press the first letter of the entity I'm searching for in the field and it takes me right to the first email starting with that letter or those letters. With thousands of emails, many uncategorized or tagged, this is an invaluable feature. With Thunderbird I have to scroll and then overshoot one direction, then the other direction which wastes all kinds of time. I do not understand why this feature is not valued and why no other program includes it. Anyway, the reason I'm watching these videos is that I plan to migrate my email accounts to Outlook.
