Wish you could come and dig our village! We have bronze age field markings, (or earlier) Roman, Saxon, unknown earthworks, a disused medieval village, moated manor sites, a Holloway, civil war camps and WW2 camps! windmills, we even have a manor site that once belonged to William de Warenne 1st Earl of Surrey.

There's the Band of brothers dig, which while technically a series of "Dig Watch" feels more like a full episode when viewed sequentially. The best of the new Time Team IMO.

I try to watch, but these two just lack any kind of chemistry. Obviously you can't get Tony back, but there is virtually no humor or fun banter in the new show.

I find the worst thing about these new Time Team episodes is reading comments such as this one. They are very boring and lack generosity. If you don't like them just don't watch, but please don't tell us about it. It's unhelpful, unnecessary and quite dispiriting. (Talk about lack of chemistry!)
