In my case, breakfast is the best meal of the day. When I was a kid, I used to have a poor breakfast because my family at the time didn't have enough money. Thank God, nowadays I can have a good breakfast by enjoying the view of the balcony. Like you, I don't eat much fat food because it's a good way to get fit. I prefer coffee to tea and I usually put sweetener. However, when I have juice for breakfast I prefer without any sugar. That's it my friend! Nice video!

Hi Marcelo! I'm here again! Man, I love breakfast. I have many memories when I was child, because my mom made a very delicious breakfast for us, me, my dad, my brother and my sister. On weekends, me and my dad watch the idol Ayrton Senna drinking coffee with a cheese sandwich... It was magical. Now, I make breakfast for my wife, and of course that isn't like the coffee of my mom, but I try to do it, rsrs. However, my coffee is without sugar also, and i appreciate it more without sugar. I think breakfast is the most important meal of the day, mainly on weekends hahaha. Thanks bro!!!
