Please do not worry about the size, if you have not wear this dial sie before than initially you might feel like it looks bigger - just give 2 weeks time and you will get adjusted to it. Same applies when you buy an watch smaller than your preferred size - always remember 2 week rule for watch before reaching to a conclusion, all the best.

Its the pusher A and B at 2 and 4 oclock position respectively should do the job for day and date, make sure you push it hard all the way down. If it doesn't work then better you replace the watch.
