Tim and Mario you guys are so sweet and I like that you share about kindness and treating others with respect because so many people seem to forget the "golden rule" these days. What a treasure you are to us in this scary uncertain world. Thank you so much for the wonderful education, demonstrations and emotional support you give to the makers. It's so sad that people are so small to not see what a great opportunity you give us... Free of charge. These lives are like going to university.. for free! As far as selling the products.. this is what keeps the field going! I personally can't afford much because I am retired. So it's a trade off. I give up something so I can have some of these wonderful products. If you didn't continue to make new products when I am able to afford it companies would be out of business and wouldn't be available. So thank you for everything you are doing. Most of us appreciate it🤗

Tim Thank you for sharing your thoughts today. They were really powerful words for me. I usually always only give positive feedback. I realised today that I don't think I have every comment or if I have it might have been once. This got me thinking as to why I have not done this when it is usually what I do. I came up with all sorts of thoughts and decided just not to worry why but put the fingers in gear and thank you as close to person as I can. I have never posted my work as I felt it was not up to a stand I have set myself. You have changed this for me today and I will post as you never know it might inspire others and myself. I find inspiration in every "make"....whether in how inks were used, which dies were combined, what construction ideas were used., etc. I appreciate so much the designers offering their creative talent ...and not behind a paywall of subscription ...such generosity to the community...

Hello Tim & Mario… I love the “Tim Talks” and I usually agree with everything and I am inspired by your words of wisdom… it amused me when you mentioned your filter being removed during your heart surgery because my sister and I were just talking about a close family friend who has no filter and you never know what is going to come out of her mouth… Although I don’t do Halloween, I love those funky leaves and the dots background die which could be a whole lot of fun to play with… I do appreciate the value of the inspiration gleaned from your lives regardless of the products used - there is ALWAYS ideas to explore! Wow! Just wow! These are amazing and I am not a fan of Halloween. Some really cute things that make me smile just watching. But my problem is just how do they go about making them. To bring out the 3D effect. I’m just not very good at that. But these are really creative and done so professionally. I'm still a collector, not a maker. I'm trying to step outside my comfort zone and try inking things, and stamping. Dies? I feel more comfortable with as I was one of Julianna Hudgins first instructors for Sizzix. Just not sure where to begin, but each time I hear the words retired or limited, I'm all over purchasing my supplies. You are an amazing person, and our hobby owes so much to you. Thank you.

Wonderful video Tim and Mario. I really love these videos and look forward to them each Saturday. This one was on hold, as all my kids were in town for my granddaughters' 2nd birthday. The first stamp set I ever bought was a Tim Holtz Santa (playing the piano)stamp in 2017, and now I have over a hundred sets. I can't wait to make my 3 grandchildren their Halloween cards after all this inspiration, thank you!

I have watched you for a long time and learned many things from you that I share with my friends. I try to give compliments and credit where it is do. Listening to you today I realize I have to put more effort forth. I am a long time nurse and have always given praise to those around me knowing that it is needed and gives a person a much needed boost. Tim, I totally agree with your "wrapup" of this session - complementing is as important as criticizing. I spent many years teaching and it was always the parent who was unhappy about some thing that called to complain, but no one ever called to complement. That gave me lots of motivation to be someone who says positive things to a waitress/waiter, or a store clerk, or others that we take for granted. On KZbin I always try to remember to give a thumbs up, but I don't always leave comments. So here's a compliment and a big THANK YOU, Tim for taking the time to show us inspirational pieces from your work. I have many of your items and equipment, but have I ever complemented you before now? Unfortunately not. ❤

The Halloween makes are incredible! It is my favorite videos of the year. I also love your closing. I worked in customer service for years and now I always make sure to compliment the rep or whomever is helping me. Social media has made it too easy to be rude, demanding, or just downright mean. I’m not a Halloween maker, I’m just not that big on it. But, I watch all your lives when I can or the replays, and come back to them many times, for the inspiration. There’s always at least one product I can see that would be a good addition to my stash, that I can use year round. I love the mica stains and have begun collecting them, and have my eye on a couple from this release. I just love the quality of the products and the constant inspiration shared by you and the makers. So even though I’m not a Halloween fan I can see ideas that can cross over for everyday.
