The other side to making all the heroes POC is how they portray the white characters. It's either bad guy, or unintelligent and useless. The latter is more often seen in tv commercials than film. Though advertising outright makes them the bad guy in some cases, for example go pull up any home security system ad and note what the actor dressed like a burglar looks like. Those always crack me up.
