It's really sad to see just a handful of people who might visit my country. Well they are not to blame because it should have been the government's work, in particular, those in saddle of tourism sector in Algeria. If they had worked hard on tourism in the country, we would have seen so many tourists from all over the world. Having said that, I'm so elated to see incredibly beautiful vlogs like yours, and hopefully that in the future more people including locals would be able to share some nice videos about Algeria, which is a country that's full of amazing landscapes, scenic views and more importantly the local individuals whom you'll definitely have a whale of time with. If you come by the province (wilaya) of Tlemcen, please let me know. I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I think we all want Algerian tourism to develop and grow I just hope it doesn’t become over saturated like Morocco. I really enjoyed my time and loved getting to have a real authentic experience but I do want to encourage more people to go and see for themselves.

Just for the info Amazighs/Berbers come in all shades and shapes, for example Kabyle people in the far north are very white and most people (foreigners) mistake them for Europeans there are Brown Amazighs too like the people of Ghardaïa, there are also black Amazighs like the Touareg people in the southeast of the country such in Tamanghaset and Djanet.... and all Algerians are Amazigh or of Amazigh descent be it the ones that speak Tamazight or the Arabophones and that's why they're very physically diverse. Welcome to Algeria 😉

The problem is that algerians are colour blind. We do not care of colour language or other. In other parts of the world colour matters lot. Talking about races in algeria in general we are all amazigh by culture and darija tamazight and french by languages.
@benamar.x89902 жыл бұрын
Not everyone is amazigh , there are millions of people of arabic descent, and those who are not Arabs are not necessarily of amazigh stock, because prior to the apparition of islam in the area , North Africa was inhabited by many races other than amazigh .

Not really sure that most people are of amazigh descent, prior to coming of islam in the area lot of different races lived in North Africa , and many arabian tribes settled in there . There is a reason why most people speak arabic ,there could be no arabic language without Arabs . Islam arabized nobody.
@mohammedgouigah30942 жыл бұрын
@@benamar.x8990 Yes alot of races existed here including Arabs and Jews and French people. However, there is scientific studies considering this. North Africa remains predominantly North African descent despite all the migrations. Even if Arabs came here they still remained a minority and Berbers the majority.
@mohammedgouigah30942 жыл бұрын
@@benamar.x8990 There are people of Arab descent nowadays, notably descenders of Banu Hilal tribe. But that's about it they are a minority. And considering Arabic, it has nothing to do with our ethnicity / race. Thats an entirely different talk with alot of historical and political context.
