Nothing like cooking outside. I built myself an outdoor kitchen last summer. Smoker, grill, flat top, wok burner and fire pit. Got a couple stainless tables for prep as well. I cook at least 4 days a week and try to not do it inside. It’s just not the same. I’ll be doing this meal real soon. Thanks Tim, you rock.
