This is an Ultimate Buffet. And the best buffet you've been to in a while. Happy to see you're back in the United States. The lobster and the king crab are impressive, but I really wish you would not ruin it by dipping it in New England clam soup. You want to taste the lobster and king crab by enhancing the flavor of it with melted butter and a little tiny bit of fresh lemon. I just don't know why you want to mask the flavor of top quality seafood with a cream soup. I guess to each their own. The buffet is beautiful. Thanks for showing us 👍🏻♥️🇺🇸🇺🇸

Also alaska cut quotas on crab not too long ago . Hopefully temporary. This is a good thing long term so like lobster stays sustainable. I could live at the oyster lamb rib, etc statations and wait till crab pops bloom, they will. I want a soft shell blue " burger" double crab , 2 poached eggs or 4, runny and a half stick garlic butter! Like now! Gonna go make a toasted cheese with mayo to quiet my tummy. And runny eggs! Got like 4 packs of muenster on sale 75% off. My favorite.

Btw cheese sealed rarely goes bad and ill eat mold if it smells ok. Most harmless but can always cut out and my dogs dont notice and 100000x our sniff power. Dog dont touch it neither should us! Never happens here at home and no illnesses from food. Think b4 you toss! Actually may boost gut biome. Wash down with kraut, pickles or kim chee. Or all 3!

Great review Tim!! They closed and reopened with a vengeance by doubling up the prices(sniff sniff). At one time, they even give you a Free dinner on your birthday, as long you bring someone. You are back in Los Angeles at the Universal Studios best seafood buffet eating the lobsters and King Crab legs unlike the Imperial Japanese Buffet with a expensive price, but no seafood. You even have lobster mac and cheese. You can’t says no to a pizza and good lamb chop, and more lobster something. Then there is the fattest piece of prime rib and duck. You usually get noodles, but this time you got pizza. Next time get a big salad, haha!!!!! The desserts are awesome 😃

It certainly very different from the Japanese buffets. And I must say, that was probably one of the best ducks I've had.. so juicy and succulent. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion if you're in the area, but it is a bit on the pricey side..🙂

Oh, I sometimes don't know what I say in these videos. During the talks that they had at vidcon, they encourage you not to take any videos horizontally on their platform 😀

Tim, you deserved every calorie eaten after hiking up that hill! Thanks for the tips regarding the shuttle & parking at the end of the video. BTW, I thought the price of the buffet was reasonable for the quality of the King crab legs & steamed lobsters alone. Yum! Those plump oysters with a splash of hotsauce and down the hatch!! Thanks, Tim for showing us the best seafood buffet in L.A. The Hilton is known for serving high quality foods. Tim, you are a class act and I don't care if you like to dip your seafood in some creamy chowder..it's all good!! The desserts looked fantastic, but I would have skipped all of them for more King crab. Did you get seconds after turning off the camera? 😄😘 Thanks, Tim, for another mouth watering video!!
