Tim, you’ve got the patience of a Saint to endure this horribly overgrown yard, and such a kind heart to help Sharon out!!! It’s so sad when people just can’t do their yards anymore and have to sit and look out at what they’re incapable of doing themselves every day like Sharon is sitting on her porch like she is (I think that’s what you said her name is, if not, sorry). I’m bedridden now due to my back and can’t do my own yard anymore, so I relate. My hubby is also retired and is still able to cut our grass and do a lot, but he’s even getting to the point that it’s hard for him too. Thank God for people like you dude! You make her world so much brighter to be able to look over at what you’ve accomplished to make her life easier, and probably put a big smile on her face. I just found you and subbed immediately. If people will comment on things like the fact that you’re not using a shovel today, or other petty things, I’m sorry, and don’t understand why they ever would. You’re such a professional and a incredibly hard worker. And, it is your channel, not theirs. The yard looks amazing!!! Blessings to you! ❤

I'm sure no attempt will have been made to maintain the mowing. People who can walk and stand upright and take care of themselves, who let a yard get like this, are just lazy and don't care. I'm 74 and mourn the days I could get out and do all my own yard work, and I frequently mowed neighbors yards because I had a small craftsman riding mower and loved doing it. I still go behind my yard guy because he doesn't weedeat as good as I like it 🤗.

I can understand why no one helps out, that's because now a days no one cares about anyone else. I also live alone and have to do without some of the things I need so I can be pay to have someone clean my yard. Neighbors are not what they used to be when I was growing up. Back then people helped each other. Now if one can't pay, there is no helping anyone.

I'm 83yrs. Old and I would love for someone to come and help. I would give him a big hug and make him a nice home cooked meal. When I was young I helped everyone I could regardless that what some might not want help. Some elderly people just feel ashamed that they can't do what they used to, so they may react negatively, doesn't mean they don't want help. I used this tastics, I befriended them slowly until they felt comfortable enough in me to let me help here or there. Eventually they would ask me if I could help them with whatever they were trying to do. That's what it was like in my neighborhood back then now we have new people so it's a lot different.

Good job! I find these quite relaxing and motivational to go out and do my own. Shame Tim isn't in Vic.
