@@hiimpixl Chorizo is traditionally a breakfast food, grew up here in the south close to mexico, it's HUUUGEEE here. Also makes some of the best grilled cheese sammiches you could ever eat. Just throw in the corizo, let it cook mostly through, then set to the side of the pan and toast the bread one side, flip throw the cheese and set the hot chorizo on top itll melt the cheese really fast while you toast the other 2 sides of the bread to finish. Fucking W.
