Subscription received Sept 4 in California and I'm tasting with your video the very next day! I had to keep reminding myself I'm having coffee because the Makena took me back to my wine-tasting days... delicious! BTW, it might as well be height of summer here, it is 101F/38C today, will enjoy some cold as you've suggested ☕😍

@TimWendelboeCoffee Actually, I have a brewing question. I brewed it using your Aeropress recipe and it was vibrant and juicy, but I’m wondering what tds or ppm your water is? I understand the minerals will be different but I’m curious what ppm or tds you recommend?
