The Tin T3 is meant to be draped over the ear and the T2 was designed to just hang down which is why the connector is on the opposite side of the T2

Z Reviews I wear mine however I want as well but if I remember you said when comparing the T2 to the T3 that the way the connection was which was opposite sides and that you didn't know why. They designed the T2 to hang down and the T3 to go over the ear which is why the connection orientation is different between the t2 and 3

According to the given specs from most every other reviews, would you recommend any of the T2, T3, KZ ZS10pro for gaming? As Z says treble emphasis is an important factor for gaming so I get why the T2 Pro's are good for the purpose. I am currently using AD700x which is trebly and airy and I like it very much. Just looking for a replacement IEM to wear for LANs. I am confused about these available Chi-Fi stuff.

@@aldrinzwain I play R6 Siege on PC. I am even more confused after watching Zeos T3 review in February. He said the T3 are serious gaming IEMs being much closer to the head and detailed than the T2 being laid back and wide soundstage. And in September he praised the BA driver based ZS10 pro, having better sonic quality than both of those Tin's.

I have the Tin T2 Pros and with the rubber tips I hated them. The hi hats sounded extremely sibilant to me. The foam tips definitely fixed them, but I recently found a better fix. I tried some crappy foam tips that came with the KZ ATE that have a very narrow bore and now I don't even know why I ordered the T3s, they're perfect.

just plug the ports and the t2 has all the bass and sub bass you could want. it is very rare when my home system does not have enough extension for a song, but after coming across one, the t2 (port hole mod) was able to play that lower range no problem.

The instructions on the Tin T-2 say that the red and blue are right and left if worn with the cable hanging down but worn over the ear they recommend reversing the earpiece on the cable so the red becomes the left and blue the right. Why I am not sure.

Had a trio of the Tin 2, 2pro and 3. And indeed i like the T2pro most, its midrange forward and i feel more detailed, its also mirrored in the form factor so that it catually fit as any usual loop over the ear IEM. Sibilance feel the most on the T2 IMO, the T3 is smoother, but i feel like its missing some sort of charm compared to the T2 and T2Pro. The cable on T3 is nice tho. Decided against buying one of them because i already have bright smooth sounding IEM in my Final Adagio V. Tho definitely noted to check it out again if either my Finals or Shizuku ever died. The Tins are exceptional in the way that it sound quite open as you said, while there i also tried a couple entry level Kinera, Moondrop, BGVP and TFZ Kings (exclusive, II, LTD) and.. none of them has the sense of air and depth the Tins has.

Just ordered the T3 tonight because well the cable of course , and I like the extra bass.....They hopefully should be a nice sounding cheap pair of headphones for wearing while out doing yard work . I don't have a headphone jack on my phone so I will be using them plugged into a Fiio BTR5 paired with my phone streaming LDAC quality Bluetooth , I hope they sound ok , well I guess even if they don't they are dirt cheap and Amazon has a pretty good return policy.

I realize this is like a year ago, and the Tin P1, and T4 and a bunch of other stuff is out now; but this video helped solidify my choice to get into some IEMs; something I've wanted to do for a while. The TIN T2 is, as you may expect, cheaper now (I have no idea how), and they're well within my budgets to get into some really nice IEMs. This is my first hi-fi sound purchase, and they're so cheap that it makes perfect sense to pick some up, as a low-risk intro into hifi sound. I'm dipping my pinky toe in, specifically because of your reviews on the T2. I'm sure my piddly cellphone with the crappy 3.5mm dongle adapter won't have the power this needs, so I'm probably looking at an IEM amp next, and I'll probably spend far more on the amp than on these headphones, but, this is the start. this is where I begin. Thanks for all your reviews and for swearing so much, it's very helpful. I love it. keep up the good work.

The T2 and T2 pro are different in looks, too tell them apart look at the metal. The t2 pro has two colors of silver on the IEM, while the T2 has a silver band and the rest is almost a carbon, its darker.

To me, I've had the Tin T2 for a while now, and I love them. I do notice they get alittle too bright at some points. What I find weird about this is while I find most people claim the same about Beyerdynamics, I don't notice it with my DT990 Pro.

I've used the Fiio RC-BT with Shure's SE535 and Ultimate Ears UE900s, and the sound is very good. The Fiio incorporates AptX so it will be at its best if your transmitter is AptX compatible.

Just got my t2 after this review lol. Comparing to my $20 sony the t2 is clean and clear. Not a lot of bass/midbass compared to my $20 sony. Maybe my t2 needs time to break in? Do IEM's need break in time? Overall the t2 are nice and clear. Stage is very good and like what zeos stated.

disambiguation: by "they have sub bass" he means more than the T2s, they are a lot more team kick than they are team thump but man the mid bass and the low mids are nice also, semblance, it do be here, but I have tinnitus and semblance really bothers me but these are fine for me, make of it what you will I wanna say get these if you wanna do actual monitoring because you will be able to point at every instrument and say "too loud" or "too quiet" with ease, but that's boring, get these if you want a FUN pair of iems, use them at your desk, grab them when you go take a walk cuz ,it's true, they don't have as much stoundstage as the T2s but it makes it feel like the band is playing for you rather than in a room where you happen to be and when you want to listen to music that will take you places that you've never been before get a pair of X2HR or whatever pair of open cans you may prefer

I have T2s and I compared them with a Mi Earphones (with in-built mic) Black which cost around 10 $ and the MIs sound better fuller more enjoyable to me! Yes! T2s are too laidback fro me I guess. T3s might be better for me. IMHO.

Can you do a comparison with the AR-E10? I do think the Acoustic Research can beat these especially when they are very close in price, but the AR comes with a balanced cable and a BT connection. I do think the TIn T3 has better cable.
