Alice is such a lucky kid! Two parents that are hysterical and love her very much [although Amy and Will Arnett's kid is equally as lucky]. Tina always gives the best speeches. She needs to win a lot more often so we can hear more speeches.

"What do you mean you don't get residuals for this?" So great how she uses humor to sneak in little digs aimed @ the industry. Her Golden Globe speach addressed to internet haters is just classic. Sometimes I wonder if the members who vote her to win really want to see what she'll pull off for her next acceptance speech. But those speaches further illustrate her razor sharp/smart humor. The Letterman interviews are always a good exchange between the 2 of them.

They're just recognising that some TV shows and actresses get better and better as time goes on. There isn't any point in nominating someone in a new show, or a show that hasn't been nominated before, just for the sake of variety if there are more deserving actresses out there.
