If you haven't already, you really need to watch the video of her called "8 years of practising Guitar". It starts with her at age 6 or 8 playing accustic guitar. And trust me, even then you can clearly see that this is one hell of a talented person. And when someone one day gave her an electric guitar, well - the rest is history. Tina S is and always will be one of the best guitarist this world has ever seen. I hope that she'll be back one day so that we again can marvel and not least blow a couple of fuses (if not all) in our heads ❤

Well, I’ve been listening to Tina for a while and I don’t think there’s a cover from her. I haven’t heard at least 50 times or more and that every time I hear them I don’t get goosebumps the hair in the back of my neck stands up and I don’t tear up and wanna cry this girl at 15 years old is probably the most technically sound guitar player that I have ever heard play and to the people that say she doesn’t get into her work. Yeah she does because her emotion isn’t in her facial expressions. Her emotion is how she plays her guitar. You can hear the emotion when she’s playing the guitar, and as the guitar is singing and playing, you can feel the emotion coming out. That’s my opinion I think a lot of people are just jealous and upset because Jen as you have said, lots of times they can’t do and play the way that Tina can Tina s is one of the all-time great guitar players that I have ever heard and I’ve heard a lot of them but I did hear she did graduate and she has her own band. It’s a drummer and a singer and it’s called spin. This young lady I’m telling you shreds that guitar to the point to where you keep thinking her guitar is literally going to catch on fire. Sounds like you’re waiting for it to happen and Jen I know how you feel when you looked at her and oh my God I did to the first time I heard her play and the first cover I think I ever heard her play was Eddie Van Halen’s eruption and was absolutely floored it how well she played it

Her version of the Loner is full of emotion. You can't play Gary Moore songs correctly without emotion and depth in the playing. Tina is my favorite guitarist because most of her covers are as good, or better, than the originals. I'm glad to hear she's back, and she just finished recording an album with her new bandmates! Can't wait to hear it.

Watched her youtube post since early 2014, it never gets bored, and I'm 50+ and still watching this till now (2021), OMG!. Started from her Dream Theather Cover Tina S - Best of Times, (you should cover this Jen!) one of her early days. Her technique is just amazing and so awe aspiring, its very addictive to watch again and again. I'm a mediocre guitar player myself, I wish I have 5% of her talent, at least! (comes with hard work, dedication, practice, etc which I'm lacking!) She make me pick up my kramer guitar again , after 20+ years, and realized.. (you guest it) Lately you have been reacting to Alip Ba Ta, which is such a phenomenal player with unique fingerstyle technique and one of my favorites. Another phenomenal young player that you should check out is Abim Finger , loads of covers on youtube, I suggest you begin with 'Dream Theater - Best of Time Cover by Abim Finger' (he's only 10-11 yrs old when he covered this!), and he's from Indonesia just like Alip Ba Ta. Abim started playing guitar at the age of 9!, as discovered on interviews with Abim, just 1-2 years of playing to get to this level, it's unbelievable!

@frankiek22693 жыл бұрын
chiqui lou roja. Marcin got screwed on AGT. They had him play with a backing track. And that took away from the bass he provided by using the body of the guitar and thusly, didn’t highlight the difficulty of what he was doing. I’m sure that was their [AGT] decision. Another thing I’ve heard (not sure how true), was they rejected 90% of the songs he submitted for playing.
@chiquilouroja55103 жыл бұрын
@@frankiek2269 I thought he can win then I realized he's not American this is why they did that to him. Sad.
@frankiek22693 жыл бұрын
@@chiquilouroja5510 That might be true. But I think it came down to marketability. There isn’t much demand for a solo guitarist that doesn’t sing, in America. That is more of a European thing. We have too short of attention spans for that. Believe me, I am always educating friends, and some online when I can be bothered. Ex: I’ll hear ppl say this or that person is the best drummer ever. And they are always talking about a rock/heavy metal drummer when they say this. I explain to them that the best drummers are all playing modern jazz/jazz fusion. They can easily play everything those rock drummers play, but the rock drummers can’t play everything they can play. The difference in difficulty is extreme.
