Would be so funny haha My Logic behind switch up: Alfred who has no background in baking giving you instructions and can't hear anything if you ask him for directions. Tina who has all the experience but can't see anything. Zen who could be a good assistant can't help you with words. Can only help in guiding your hands haha

for the yolk mixture, make sure to beat the living hell out of it until it’s light and fluffy! it’ll look pale and creamy (think vietnamese egg coffee) plus fluffy egg whites that are gently folded in to prevent air bubbles from popping!
