My Spirit is so soothed by watching this woman being so pampered and catered to so very meticulously and in such genuine detail. I grew up in a home of abuse, where women weren't valued, only USED. My inner child is striving to unlearn that to this day. I'm chronically ill,disabled,and just so damaged and though I secretly crave this sort of pampering, I'll never have it. It's just not MY world. But oh how I ENJOY watching the process. Very cathartic.💆🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️❤️

I tried it in famous hair salon in South Korea too, only pretty on the first week. As it grew longer they looked hideous and cannot be controlled and they don't fit any where with neighboring hairs if you know what I mean (especially if you aren't the type of person that takes time on styling your hair)😂 I regret getting it and had to cut short bangs to be able to cover it up :) that's just my opinion on this technique.

I’ve heard about this condition after having a baby. I had two children in my twenties & my hair thickened & was lush & beautiful. I’m now sixty & still have a good head of hair. I hope this lady’s hair grows back fuller again given time.

I remember my husband when he was living in LA he always goes to koreatown to get his hair done and he always look amazing and look like korean actors haha. These root perms used to be a thing in the 90s, my Aunt tells me - but remember, one day your still permed by slightly "dropped" roots, will be half way down the back of your head!🙈💜🤭💜(Ofc, many Koreans have such strong, straight hair that the perm drops out in weeks so it might not be a problem!🤗💜) Louis, I am coming to Seoul in October 2023 & will book in for you to (Please!) work your magic💜💜on my long, wavy naturally copper coloured hair;💜💜cannot wait!🙏💜🇬🇧💜

Ima need to investigate them plastic curlers that sit on the scalp cause I could be blow drying volume and leaving those in there while I flat iron. Wait, what?! Game changer, right?! It looks weird on straight hair having it stuck flat to your head with gel though. I tried it myself and it looked weird when the rest of your hair is bouncy and moves when you walk, or turn your head and blows around in the wind, but the baby hairs are just stuck down solid 😂

Please be careful with that. The worse thing you can do to weak/compromised hair follicles is to add chemicals to the roots. Since you were already getting some new growth around the hairline, your follicles were on their way back to recovery. To get those follicles back to a healthy state, skip the chemicals and instead massage that area a couple times a week with a good rosemary hair oil.

Yes I have seen that type of behavior too and it’s such a shame!!! For a while I was very into wearing bindis and I am not Indian. I think imitation always comes from admiration and is always flattering when it comes from a good heart. Beauty is for every culture and we can trade our secrets and get inspired from each other 💜 I really love the baby hair trend and think it’s an important thing for women to learn. I Love how her "Baby Hair" is like a different version of what African-American Women call baby hair. My hair had shed in the same place after I had my Son so I knew exactly how she felt. My hair grew back in with no problem, my hair texture allows me to have "baby hair" naturally. I'm African-American and we learn about the "baby hair" as little girls😅😅😅

In the U.S. we are taught to never wash the hair for a perm. You need the natural oils on your scalp as a protection against the skin burning chemicals.

This was so cool… but if you are reading this and don’t have access to this amazing salon, try a bit of hairspray or light gel on a clean mascara wand . It works pretty well. I’ve had postpartum shed 4 times 😢

She looks beautiful, but he only added volume on the centre top. To prevent the forehead looking too harrow (which can make the lower face look heavier by comparison and is unflattering and ageing for most) and the head pointy on top, you should create volume width-wise as well. Just adding that for those who are trying to add volume to their hair, but can’t figure out why it’s not as flattering as they’d hoped.

Hi Tina if you’re reading this . Please bring back some of your iconic false lashes from petite club that were not too natural or too dramatic when it comes to the length like for example :cheeky, feminist , desire, Pom Pom Those lashes were my favorites as it flattered someone like me with small almond eyes with small eye lids and it made me fell in love with your brand. Or please create more style of lashes that create some glam to the eyes without being too long of length . ❤❤❤

Depending upon the perm solution, you don’t normally use a hairdryer on it. If it’s a weak perm solution, perhaps, but not normally because this will damage the hair even more but if you do have follicle that are hard to open up for the perm, then you can use a dryer.

I’ve the reverse of this problem - I’ve been straightening my hair for the last 15 years coz I hated my curly hair! I’ve always had baby hairs when growing up and hated them too! Until lately I realised that Koreans are perming their hair roots for volume!! And they are cutting their hair for baby hairs ! Lucky me that I’ve both! I should stop straightening my hair! Haha 😂

omg me too. As for me, my hair has mixed wavy and coil hair so it is really hard to let down my long hair because it just poof and really hard to comb. I had been straightened my hair for 10 yrs and now curly hair trend is back so i now keeping my natural curly hair back. 😂😂
