I think Curel is the go-to J-Beauty brand for sensitive skin.
@ironglaciers19887 ай бұрын
I think the more people talk about it, the more available Japanese products will be globally, at least via certain international retailers. At least here in the US, American retailers have picked up on the fact that people are interested in affordable and effective Asian beauty products, and a lot of them are now carrying these brands - even the less popular ones, and some are J-beauty! We also have French pharmacy brands but they're more expensive for sure. Also... shout out to Marshall's for carrying K- and J-beauty items. It's sporadic what's there, but the prices are on par with online retailers AND they're legit. I found the Naturie Hatomugi Skin Conditioner there last month, as well as Beauty of Joseon, Etude's SoonJung, etc.

I'm excited about this series. Can you please do a sensitive skin episode: all fragrance and essential oil free. Bonus if it's denatured alcohol free as well, which I know is hard to find in JBeauty. For a full sensitive Japanese skincare routine: milk cleanser, essence, milk, cream, eye cream and sunscreen. Thank you ❤

Yay! I am so glad to have your channel as a resource. When I went to Japan 8 years ago, I didn’t do any research and the language barrier made it overwhelming to choose any products. My most recent trip I picked up so many of the products you recommended, including the Quality 1st toner and Lululun green series masks! Thank you, I am loving your channel. ❤

this is honestly so helpful, thank you so much. i'm really looking forward to the rest of the series. i'm subscribed to a lot of japanese beauty channels here on youtube but it's extremely rare to find japanese channels with english subtitles and i don't speak or read japanese so it's usually just watching videos to see overall trends.

omg side track, i feel like you've shown this in other videos before but i'm just noticing now, but the trick of placing the sheet mask on your neck after your face, esp sheet masks that still have essence after the allotted time, is genius ! i always feel slightly sad that i'm throwing away the remaining essence but i'm definitely doing this now ! also, thank you for this series !! i have a pretty nicely stocked jbeauty section at my local asian market, even more than the kbeauty, and there are some items they have like unlabel and i think it's called momopuri and a few others, that i've been curious about so this is really helpful !
@bearpancakes7 ай бұрын
I love videos focusing on J-beauty, other youtubers always only show the same products when the variety in Japan is so massive lol it's always people just following trends/what products are popular to SHOW rather than good products to USE. Yes, the amount of different brands/products in Japan is overwhelming. I often will buy something new and not end up liking it. Could you please do a video on good J-beauty cream/gel (2nd step) cleansers? I feel like the most popular 2nd-step cleansers in Japan are the foamy type which I generally find drying even if it says it’s moisturizing. Thanks!

Being a fan of J Beauty for like 15 years I certainly know them all❤❤❤ Years ago J beauty was so much more available for international customers😢😢😢 I remember online shops like Sasa, Ichibankao, Bobodave, Adambeauty were my favorite Jbeauty sellers. There are still Jbeauty shops but the shipping prices are crazy for me as an EU resident. Yesstyle sells Jbeauty but the prices are outrageous.
