Where in Northern KZN is this property? How far is it from central Durban?

This property is in the Ballito area about 30 minutes drive from Durban.

The architecture of the general lines, the use of the beautiful wood/water/water/stone and the exterior is brilliant. The house furnished seems a bit cluttered with details. I would like to see more minimalism and less bling - less LA. Less would have been more here. I really like many of the details like the round stairs, the "wooden" bathroom and the view is stunning. All in all a very nice mansion.

This 3 second clip editing need to be 5-6 seconds. The viewer is straining to see and conceptualized the architecture and your 3 second clips make that stressful.
