Tineco S3 not work

It's the moter in the machine it's slightly rusted due to the wet filter being used. I know the response is 1 year but I just seen this video I fixed one on my channel. If you remove the motor give it some spins with a screw driver the rust particles will come out then put it back in machine.

Unfortunately, you're right. I disassembled my Tineco down to the motor. There was rust, and the motor wouldn't turn. It's working again for now, but it's only a matter of time until it breaks down again. Did you spray any rust remover or something else into the motor? I'm not sure how this can happen to a device that costs over 300 EUR. Thank you for your suggestion! Perhaps you could make another video that's a bit more structured, showing exactly how to access the motor. Thanks a thousand times for your advice.

Si, il problema è il motore che si era bloccato con la ruggine. Soluzione, con un cacciavite sottile delicatamente cercare attraverso i piccoli fori che accedono al motore di aspirazione far girare la ventolina, con aria compressa far cadere la ruggine rimossa e spruzzare all'interno sempre attraverso i fori un po' di spray sbloccante. Ripassare l'aria compressa sempre nel motore, lasciare asciugare 5 minuti e riprovare accensione. Ha ripreso a funzionare. Ho capito anche che il problema è stato causato dall'uso della Tineco senza il filtro, l'acqua si è infilata nel motore in maniera abbondante... errore da non fare assolutamente. Fare sempre asciugare il filtro almeno 24 ore all'aria, mai usarlo bagnato. La colpa è stata della mia scarsa manutenzione.

Never buy a Tineco again! I had so many issues like this one or with the dirty water tank! This brand name is too inexperienced to design such device and provide a reliable device. Their support is so unhelpful. Tineco, never again!

I had the same issue and after seeing some videos on how to fix that. They all suggest to dissassemble all but i have been fix it without opening it. You need just to put D40 on the hole above the dirty water tank and give it some minutes then run the tineco

I hate my tineco. It la only worked for about a total of 30 floor cleans in the two years I e owned it. It’s been broken most of the time. I’ve returned it and they ‘fixed it’. It worked for about another 10 times. It’s broken again. They say the warranty is up and will fix it but I have to pay them.

Fixed. Check with manufacturer before attempting this because it may void your warranty. Same issue with ours. I removed both water containers. Flipped the vacuum upside-down. Used something thin enough to move the motor fins. Then I sprayed WD40 into the motor area. Spinned the fins more with a thin tool. Reinstall the water containers. Held the clean cycle button down for 30 seconds. Tried it outside on the concrete in case it did suck. And it's been working. Wife said it's been working better. I suggest once a month do the same thing.

any problem with the machine, it is recommended that you send to customer service for the repair. Usually its not that expensive..For the motor i have been charge around $75 and warranty for 6 months

The suction fan stucked, or suction motor not working, i fiddle the suction holes with a stick and it's working again. So I guess I'm lucky it's just a stucked fan.

not too satisfied provide a good stock of roller, must change regularly change the roller because the floor too wet, change the tank very often, does not clean the contours and corners

Very good product and you will start facing problems after 6 months of usage. They have very expensive spares (ex: roller cost 3000/- against 600/- from other brand, mopping liquid costs more than 1000/- per liter). They have EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE support. Battery is abruptly shutting off which they aren’t not resolving for last 3 months. This is my 3rd Mopping machine. After paying more than 50% premium against other brands, I’m not satisfied with this product.

Mine wasn't charging at all. I had to send it back to the company. 7 months later it is doing the same exact thing not charging. They want me to send it to them again. I am over it. I have decided to cut my losses. I will never buy another product from them

This machine is so badly engineered... Owned one, stopped working after a while. Requested assistance, they sent me another one after I sent back mine. Then the new one also stopped working. They sent another one without wanting back the last. I own two of them and each and eveyy one has the same problems. All the metallic parts (screws included) are rusting after a while. Even the impeller is rusting, since it's made out of metal. It's not that difficult for water to get to the motor. If you don't use them at least two or three times a week, the impeller gets stuck again due to rust.

You need to put hot water (60-70 Degrees) in water tank ,after that waiting (30-60 minutes) und reset and new start 😉

Same here. Mine just started this shit. I will get the new 5S Pro 2 tomorrow. I hope I do not have this problem again. One Question, guys? have you been using a different cleaning detergent? I could not get Tinco detergent. They were sold out and used another brand. Could this have been a problem? Sorry for all of us.

One of the comments said to hold the power button and self cleaning button together at the same time off of the base and that sent it to reset and it worked again! I’ve sent mine back FOUR times and the last time they sent it back with a problem it didn’t even have before. For the inconvenience they sent me some soap lol.

Essayez cette manipulation qui a fonctionné pour moi. Mettre lappareil en charge puis appuyer sur le bouton du lavage automatique et le bouton démarrer en même temps. L'appareil se mettra en reinitialisation, il va faire un lavage en profondeur puis se remettra en route normalement. Je croise les doigts pour tous.

Нашел фикс. Снисаем контейнер для воды. Нажимаем на 20 сек очистку на зарядной станции Далее снимаем с зарядки и включаем ее без контейнера для воды. Если не пофиксилось то разбираем. Смотрим мотор и передаточный элемент. Если все норм крутится и не закислелось повторяем первые пункты

This floor mop is piece of work! Some day I mean most of thr day when i use it leave streak of water especially when you move it backward more leak. I cleaned debris channel got all the junk out and changed roller still not working always puddle of water. Pos. Yeah when you idle it make it stand more water just leaked

ho risolto.per 6 mesi non funzionava e un giorno per puro caso ho risolto staccando un connettore,(bisogna arrivare alla scheda ) senza quel connettore é ripartito il motore aspirazione, senza il connettore poi ho provato a fare la pulizia automatica e mi dava errore vasca vuota. poi ho inserito il conettore ed é ripartito, ora funziona. spero di essere d'aiuto a qualcuno. il connettore e quello rosso in alto a sinistra.
