You can marinated with onion, coriander, turmeric and mushroom powder then fried or oven 😉👌

Hi Ian and Henry, been looking at trying this but with Jackfruit, but can I ask where you get the Chipotle in Adobo?

Here in Indonesia, tempe is mostly served fried and always served with warm rice and sambal bawang (chili onion paste). As vegie lover (I am not vegan) I love to eat pecel (boiled bean sprout, long beans, spinach and cabbace pouring with peanut sauce) serve with fried tempe. So delicious

Yesterday, avocados in the large size, here in Southern California (the seat of avocado growing in the world) were $2.99 USD and I didn't buy them. Now I wish I had.

You continue to use dairy free butter instead of vegetable margarine in some of your recipes. Excuse me so much, but dairy free butter can still contain milk.

I am sure they have checked the ingredients!
