Great stuff Chis - so your talents aren't just confined to Cooking! But I have to say; that towel rail you've got seems to be the very same one I put in my bathroom and talk about naff! It's an sds max buddy. The core cutters are universal thread so if you get a normal SDS (or SDS plus) Arbor that screws into the cutters you'll be fine 👌 search sds core Arbor online there's loads cheap 👍👍👍👍

Hi Martin your tct cutters you need a sds plus adaptor for tct you can get extension version which I would go for to get through the wall you will also need the drift and pilot drill bit which is tapered other wise the cutter will wonder ...make sure your drill has a clutch if you hit a wall tie they can break your wrist....

That SDS arbour looks like an SDSMax fitting, there may be a SDS+ to SDSMAX adaptor available, but I am not sure as SDSMAX is designed for bigger types of drill.

hi martin the sds plus adapter looks like a manufacturer default it should only have two ball noses and two long shanks to fit a sds plus machine. you can buy a sds core body adaptor from screwfix. or amazon hope that helps..

That’s not a sds as we know it, ours (U.K.) is round. Never seen that square type before. Only suggestion is you can get arbours from screwfix cheap. Hopefully the screw thread is the same.

I've been testing eating "normal food" and although my blood sugars are fine. I have put on a stone and a half so it means I'm going back to my eating plan. I've not over eaten but my system doesn't operate well on carbs and stores them as fat due to insulin resistance so I'm probably pre diabetic at the moment instead of diabetic. Its all part of my learning curve of controlling this Diabetes without medication. If I did nothing, I would be diabetic again. Its a matter of finding the balance.
