Hi, I finally understood that T and Stress are much more related than any possible damage in your ears. fantastic video. During Xmas holidays I slept, enjoyed life, relaxed and finalyl T was nearly gone. I started my routine and he came back roaring... so here is one video that proves it.

I saw Davids's video several years ago and I thought he was genuine and compassionate. Along with Julian and Adrian, I have come a long way from 4 years ago when I was in bad shape with T. Thanks to the panel for sharing your positive stories and all who are stepping up and shedding light on T and letting the world know that no one has to suffer, you can get better! You are all a tremendous blessing!

Thank you Julian for ALL of your encouragement . This bedside manner that you have to help us help ourselves is truly left out of healing strategies MANY times. This T is a real booger to all of us here as it is hard to fully understand. Especially someone( everyone like me) that had NO symptoms before having a nervous breakdown( triggered anxiety cycle last July) . After extreme crisis for to many years, and this break, it was just there one day. No injuries, or illness history at all. I have ( suspected) / believed all along that there was a nervous system link to healing this. Going deeper into healing my anxiety problem would equal my brain shutting off finally. I am still working on it and making progress. I was already into Intermittent Fasting, exercise, spiritual growth, inner peace, body mind and soul kinda girl. So I had a lot of that lifestyle disciplines already. And those are ALL beneficial for optimum psychical health. But my emotional health and anxiety triggered my head ... AND I was also chronically dizzy. Since November I have worked very hard at reconnecting.. and healing. I am now at about 75% I would say. I also moved my life away to another place and living with a brother. It’s just ok, but I am now out of a place of much negative history. I am 65 and I am basically poor. I live on under $800 US dollars a month. I have not found one single place that will take my insurance for this kind of cranial sacral therepy sessions. So Mr. Julian... please don’t forget that there are people like me that will rely on ALL our support and learning for free from someone like you. I have believed you from the beginning and want to encourage us all to work on healing. There is always something new to learn here to help ourselves. Thank you Julian from AZ.

Very interesting video. I have had tinnitus since i was 16 and remember the day i heard it. I was starting my first ever job so of course it was a stressful time as a young man. Many years later it is still with me but most of the time i am not aware of it. Much like the speaker said, if someone asked me to become aware of it, i would probably notice it. But most times my brain filters it out unless i am under the weather. So it goes away in a manner of speaking, i think if one is especially sensitive, it can be triggered, or the awareness of it can be. But when the mind is relaxing or attending to other things and that becomes a habit then the tinnitus retreats more and more into the background

I believe that people who are sensitive and hypervigilent are more susceptible to tinnitus. Also I agree that GP's know a little about a lot of things. They are not specialists!. PTSD can certainly be involved in tinnitus symptoms. This explanation about how we filter out sensations etc is absolutely spot on! It's science. I believe this happens with pain and Anxiety. Having had severe elements of both I am proof, that what I believe is correct. I am an eclectic Christian. I agree that 99.9% I don't give tinnitus a thought. Xx

It took me 7 weeks to get rid of my loud-noise Notting Hill Carneval loud-speaker induced tinnitus. I am still severely deaf in my right ear but the tinnitus has gone. But then I worked a lot on myself - up to 1.5 hours per day which most people cannot be bothered to do. Most people want an easy-pill or a quick fix.

@@JulianCowanHill would all this work for sound chaging fluctating tinnitus. I cant seem to adapt 15months later because my T is all over the place. I have good days but still have more bad days then good. There doesn't seem to be pattern to mine. Mine started with fluid in the ear the GP could not see my ear drum. 10 month later i saw the ENT who said live with it. He also said the popping crackling clicking in my ears was normal. I have multiple sounds and dont really have a pure tone. It is even in my head and all this makes it harder to adapt My T is half the siund what it was 15 months ago but the sounds are hard and i get the feeling in my head that heaurons are flying off

the fight - flight response puzzles me as I am not stressed . but i want to filter out this sensation using imagination. i have to imagine a membrane that encircles my sympathetic system which muffles the sounds until it ceases...like a heavy blanket over a noise source. slowly deadening it until it is heard less and less......
@JulianCowanHill

Maybe good to have a craniosacral therapy session to release the buzzy charge in your system. Rather than being stressed you may be alert and very switched on with attention that is up in the head and out there monitoring people or things out there as a general tendency.
