大変です。さっきからガシャンガシャンという音が聞こえる。慌てていつもの滝の音を。10分程で違う音に変わって一安心。効き目あるわ〜。ガシャンんより少し大きな音でやってみた。良いですね😮今は飛行機の飛ぶ音でそれも小さな音。助かるわ。

ご心配ありがとうございます。病院いってきました。チョット弄ってもらったら帰りは何か治ってた。耳鳴りの動画も今日も聞いてます。あちこち調子悪くて困りものですがどこかで助けてもらい有難いです。。

製作者様はtrt療法は試されましたか。自分は医師にすすめられて半年以上サンドジェネレータを装着していますが、まだまだ耳鳴りから意識をそらすことはできません。かえってこのような自然音のほうが、耳鳴りは消えないけど心地よいです。

〉半年以上サンドジェネレータを装着・・・耳鳴りから意識をそらすことはできません 効果が出るまで早い人もいれば遅い人もいます。 trt療法の期間は最長で２年程度でしょう。 ２年続けても効果が得られなければず打ち切りになるし、途中で諦めてしまう人もいます。 私もお試しでやってみましたが音が合わないと感じたので止めました。 自分で撮影した動画を聞く方が合っていると思っています。 そしてこのチャンネルも始めることが出来ました。(笑)
