I’ve had some issues with contamination on the bottom when two stage any tips on how I can avoid that?

To this day I still can get it. The door covers I use are pretty handy at blocking a lot of the contamination that comes up but it's really just going to come down to how much you flush (and how you flush) after rolling the window up and before you peel off the backing sheet completely.
