Tiny Cabin Lap Siding install finished.

I've installed the rest of the Lap Siding I made from Pine trees I cut down from my property, Most of the wood on my tiny cabin was milled right here on my property from trees here on my property. The only wood I purchased was the OSB panels. Stay tuned as next year I plan to finish making shingles for the gables that I will be making from Tamarack with a Fro.
On this channel I will be documenting my off grid cabin life and how to make life as self reliant as possible. The siding really finishes off the look of the place. Hopefully it also helps to keep the place warmer during winter so the dogs water doesn't freeze. Yeah I totally understand the screen door for ventilation and bug free zones. I have heavy security doors on my home so that I can leave the solid doors open during summer. Air flow is what it is all about when it is hot. I also want to say how much more professional your videos are now it's obvious you do a lot of work on them :D See ya next week mate :D

Thank you for the compliment on the videos, I do keep trying to evolve and get better at making them. I do need to get more air flow in the cabin as it gets plenty hot up here during the summers. Take Care!

Thank you... Yes a nail gun would be very nice, but I don't mind the nailing by hand and I even enjoy sawing by hand as it is so much quieter than power tools are.

Hi Bruce, I just checked it out, nice log arch. It has gotten cooler and it just started to sprinkle a little so I had to stop staining the siding for the time being, but only 9 boards left and I can move on from the tiny cabin for now.
