This is good! I don't cook a lot and I have a lot more kitchen things than you do. OK, I'll re-evaluate all that. But get rid of some of those steak knives and get a paring knife! Video cut out and didn't tell us what your swanky appliances are??? Also you didn't "talk" about what is on your counters and shelves and why... Just curious...
