We were looking forward to their cookbook too but they decided to wait and release it later. They put out some of their recipes on their website. We didn’t advertise that we were creating the book because that has come back to bite us in the past. It was just poor communication and bad timing. We feel terrible that they decided not to release their book.

Great job! I have taught on-camera presenting at a local college and I only have praise for you. One of the most important things I tried to teach my students was to: Think about what you're doing, not how you're doing. Get your ego out of the way. You do that. You focus on your audience, the message, the point of the exercise, like a seasoned pro. I hasten to add, Trent does too! Nicely done video, the villa looks beautiful. I fell in love with outdoor showers when I lived on Maui. I'm curious, when you speak with the locals, does climate change ever come up? That quaint little island will eventually be flooded by rising ocean levels, as the earth's polar regions melt. Unless something is done soon to mitigate climate change, that's the harsh reality facing the world's coastal areas and low-lying islands.
