In Finland they have solved their homelessness by giving a homeless person a decent place to live first and then they tackle other issues the person may have.

so the solution for homeless as well as affordable housing in other places is reforming the building codes to allow tiny houses and lesser known and cheaper building techniques (aircrete dome homes, earth bag homes). as well as making laws that allocate like 500 sqft land, to every individual including children, families would share their yard and kitchen.

You're right tiny houses can end homelessness. How about a small piece of land 50 square meters so that they can produce some of their foods also.

I'd love to live in a neighborhood like this, but as a permanent home. Also, I'm not a veteran, I make too much money to qualify for affordable housing but have too much debt caused by a series of unexpected super expensive emergencies to afford other housing without making dangerous cuts to food and other basic needs, I'm under 55, not retired, blah blah blah, I don't qualify for any special housing, but I don't need a big luxurious apartment, which is the cheapest housing I'm legally permitted to live in because of my income. It's a huge waste of money when all I want is shelter and safety, not a giant fancy home full of all sorts of useless luxury features and amenities where all I do is eat, sleep, and sh-shower. I'd rather be able to afford a properly balanced basic diet and some time to take a daily walk, which I can do outside of my home if it's a safe neighborhood.
