Yes I know it has a feel like that since I stay between highway 62 and county road of Amboy and way southwest of the 40 . Just not specifying it now . But see I do know the area for 40 miles around , except not so much Joshua Tree NP area.

If it's in the San Bernardino county than you can promote it becones it's own state breaking from CA or becomes part of Nevada ! That was on the ballot Tuesday ..I voted yes since I know well the desert area of the Morongo Basin of CA now .

A lot of holes in the desert, and a lot of problems are buried in those holes. But you gotta do it right. I mean, you gotta have the hole already dug before you show up with a package in the trunk. Otherwise, you're talking about a half-hour to forty-five minutes worth of digging. And who knows who's gonna come along in that time? Pretty soon, you gotta dig a few more holes. You could be there all fuckin' night.

Well i heard of area Wonder Valley east of palm stumps that in itself edges bodies can be hidden or buried or beyond that big valley towards the farther east . Much decent people also live in WV that are not criminals or murderers . Msny appear to want to hide their crimes way out by the creosote bushes nearby where people do rarely hike at . Few years ago at the further USMC base a US Marine then murdered a lover pregnant and threw her corpse into an old mine shaft which are deep , like over 100 feet , vent holes of okd mining tunnels . Erika Lloyd from Walnut of the CA Bay area was missing when vehicle found off hwy in June 2020 and in January 2021 her skeletal remains accidentally located along a dirt road .

I met Stefan back in February when I was passing through. He gave me permission to camp out near the teepees, which I was going to do but ended up not doing because the train going by was too noisy for me. He’s a really cool guy. I wish I had run into him again before I left.
Well here's the problem. The town is only worth about 350K.

The thing is let's not buy up everything to own to raise the cost of living there please ! We have enough of the greed in small desert towns and with vacation rentals trying to raise it to Los Angeles price of living with common ordinary homes at half a million . This is why many are leaving the State . But let's try not to get greedy . Just because one can doesn't mean it's morally good . And is not friendly and really becomes asocial and isolating and hurtful .

2.5 million is a little much but to revitalize would probably costl ess if more people would just do it themselves we don't need a big giant infrastructure here and I believe that everybody who lives in the town of nipton needs to have a say in what happens to nipton love all of you let's keep the tradition alive and let's prosper if anybody would like to contribute to contribute to this town please do so and I will love to help out

Read my many books i wish to take with me . I don't feel the overall universe is the only thing with us out there . Was, is a Creator too . I see a scenery designed to allow some to settle and live and think well . Where I live now I have things other than a clear night sky that you cannot much enjoy in my town like one thinks because the rat race mindset oozed out this way from the cities to the west . But I don't look for any isolation really . Only see a new location to be at . I won't ever try to dominant or own much property , to try to raise prices , since I learned that gets messed up being into greed which poisons the overall feel of innocent vibes ..

My heart is in the right place I would invest in this town in this town please let me know if anybody in the town would be interested and we would take a vote on it the 1st week of in office I would enact that every resident would have their own say in what happens in the town but we would need to revitalize infrastructure to make sure we have optimal water and food storage food storage maybe even a community garden New rule that everybody has to vote on what happens with the town majority rules
@rad19302 жыл бұрын
We can call it the Manson ranch & we can call ourselves the family. Lol just kidding,😂🤣😃 it would be great to get a bunch of like-minded people together and split the payments $200k each, create a town & all work on it to get away and make our own civilisation, we could sell an idea to turn it into a social experiment to get a grant from the government to give our town money, then we can grow our own food & brew our own drinks. Farm the land & see if we can live within our town without the need for money between our residents, obviously we need money for the outside world so the money we make from trading our goods to the outside can be put together for the townships water & electricity that we can't get from solar during winter, ect. Would be fun.😁😃😄

So try not to raise price of living so high is one good answer. Do not make it for the high classes or wealthy . Or create a fresh new standard of country living at lower cost that's controlled well . Let it be good reasonable not promoting high costs .CA has too much high end crap around today .

Probably true but you can add to that in general sense that long ago say in Europe there is a reason they left shelters or even cities WHEN there were cities and or villages to stay in caves to be isolated on purpose becuz many sought to live as hermits back then but kept their immediate families as well . I'm encouraging we both think and take notes about this . The point among other is people didn't stay in caves since they were socalled primitive but wanted ir had to live outside cultural areas or settlernents already set in place back then . The chronology is mixed up until now . People isolated themselves as civilized ones do today from sonetimes over stimulation or too many people on one area .
