Sugar Puffs mixed with Frosties was one of my go tos when I was a kid when you're older siblings had raided the cupboard before you got there and only left like a quarter bowls worth of each cereal! 😂 I'm 30 years old and it's still my favourite cereal. Put the sugar puffs in first then top them off with frosties, unreal ✌

@ 12x8oz=96oz. That does come close to max, but not over. You need it to soak, I would have poured the milk one ahead. Hey that would be more than I would want on Saturday but not more than looks possible. Regular breakfast was box of pop tarts or four McDonald’s cinnamon danish’s and a quart of milk. I wasn’t even a pudgy kid just may be a little. How I avoided sugar diabetes was strictly up to God!!

Beard. You should go to a city and try to beat every food challenge in it. Call it Chronicles of Beard: The Quest to Conquer ALL. Have a cartoon map with all the locations with food challenges I the city your in and keep track of your the results. Obv updating each episode. And have the video look like a video game hud for assassins creed or something. Each town is a new miniseries of the quest to conquer all. It’d be uuuuge.

Damn, Adam makes me hungry every time he eats. If I eat while I'm watching him, I will eat just a bit more. But since I've been doing chemo it usually takes away my appetite, and I was losing weight like crazy. I am eating healthy, but it isn't hurting me any. I just won't ever eat like Adam does.

I like the bran flakes with the dried fruit (fruit and fibre, is it?) the dried banana is awesome. I started buying my own dried banana to add to cereal for a while. Dried dates and figs are amazing as well in cereal.

Jay Fletcher That's probably exactly why, if they're bland or something you don't really like you'll eat it slower. Throw a couple in that will slow you down to try and run down the clock, otherwise you could just cover everything in sugar so that's all you taste and power through it.
